Do you sell genuine or replacement
parts? Both. If the replacement
part is the same quality or better (yes, it happens) you recieve
the replacement part, and save money. If no replacement part
is available, or if it is of inferior quality, we sell the
genuine part. You will know which it is when you order the
part. |
If I buy 2 packs of bags how will
I know you will send me a third pack free?
We always do automatically. I promise. |
What if the part I order is not in
stock? 99% of all orders are
in stock. If not, we will contact you. We do not charge your
credit card until we ship. |
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
No, we do not ship outside the U.S. |
How do you ship?
U.P.S. ground. Two-day service is available for
an additional charge. We charge what U.P.S charges us. We
dont pad the shipping. |
How fast do you ship?
In stock items ship the next business day.
Back-ordered items ship when we get them (with your approval). |
What if I order the wrong part?
We're all human. That is why we ask for the vacuum
cleaner make and model number on our order form. If you recieve
the wrong part, call us. We'll make it right. |

How much for shipping?
FREE SHIPPING- Just place an order for $50 or more,
and shipping is FREE anywhere in the USA. Orders under $50
just $6.95 shipping. (In the continental U.S.A., $6.95, covers
shipping by U.P.S. ground.) |
Can I return parts?
Sure. Just make sure that you call us first, so
we can give you a Return Authorization Number. |
How can I pay?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and
Money Orders. A check is O.K., but we reserve the right to
wait until they clear before shipping. |
Why do you need our vacuum cleaner
model number and brand? Only
to ensure that you are getting a part that will fit
your sweeper. We never sell this information! |
Do you service what you sell?
Absolutely! Call us anytime (during business hours),
and we will by happy to help. We answer our e-mails
several times a day. |
Why do you sell the Fuller Brush
Upright and not other models too? Would anybody
want to buy our second best offer? |
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
No. U.P.S. will only deliver to a street address. |
Can we give you somebody else's credit
card number?
No. To protect our customers, our terminal will
only accept cards with the same address as the "bill
to" address. That way nobody can use your card if
it's stolen. |
How long will delivery take?
We always ship the same day if possible. U.P.S.
ground takes two to four days. Seven days max if you live
in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. |
